PERSON CENTERED SUPPORTED LIVING

The Arc of Louisiana in conjunction with the Department of Health and Hospitals Office of Aging and Adult Services manages services for PERSON CENTERED SUPPORTED LIVING. These services are responsive to the needs of individuals with severe disabilities that occurred after they attained the age of 18 but before they reached 60 years of age. These individuals may receive a range of supports to assist them to live in their own homes and in their own communities.
